On December 31, 2021, Sprint will be shutting down their entire network.
That means that anyone on the Sprint network will need to move to another network.
There are a few easy steps you can take to move to a new network and avoid losing your service starting in 2022.
First, and most importantly, you will need to buy a new 4G enabled phone. We’ve compiled a list below of supported models, but many more phone models will work. If you have a different phone that is not listed, we can check to see if it is supported.
Second, we will be sending you a new SIM card in the mail (free of charge). Take the SIM card and insert it into your new phone.
You should have recieved an email with the address we have for you on file. If you did not receive that email, please call or email us right away to confirm the address we have on file.
Finally, once you’ve inserted the SIM card into the phone, you will need to call us at 508-544-0810 or shoot us an email at help@communityphone.org to update your billing and account information.
