On April 1, 2022, AT&T will shut down their 3G network permanently as part of their move to 5G.
That means some phone models, including yours, will stop working.
To avoid disconnection from our network, we will be sending you a new SIM card the week of February 21st
We will be sending your SIM card to the address we have on file.
Please check your inbox for the specific address we will be sending to. If you did not receive an email from us, please call us at 508-544-0810 so we can confirm your address.
When you receive the SIM Card, please call us at 508-544-0810 so we can activate it. Once it's activated, you can insert it into your phone and your service will be uninterrupted.
