Troubleshoot your phone

There are a number of reasons why your phone might not be functioning quite right. Below are a few steps you can take to fix it, and resources if you’re still having issues.

The easiest step you can take to try to fix any issues is to try turning off the base, and turning it back on. Do not unplug the base to turn it off. There is a toggle on the back of the base, where you can switch the base off.

Toggle the switch off for about 20 seconds, until the lights on the base are off. Then, turn it back on, and wait a few minutes for all the lights to turn on, turn green, and stop flashing. Then check if you have a dial tone, and try making a call.
