I just paid my monthly bill. Can I wait until my next billing date before I switch to an annual plan?

What happens if I cancel my service before the year is over? Will I receive a refund?

When you switch to an annual subscription you're committing to 12 months of phone service from Community Phone. Customers who cancel their annual subscription before the year is over will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise.

If you don't think you'll be a Community Phone customer 12 months from now, this is probably not the right promotion for you. But if you're happy with your Community Phone service and you don't foresee cancelling in the next 12 months, switching will save you a nice chunk of change.

Do I need to pay for the year upfront?

That's exactly right. We're offering 2 months off in exchange for your upfront payment. Frankly, it's a small price to pay in exchange for a big discount and a year's worth of peace of mind.

Will my annual subscription auto-renew next year at the same price?

Yes! Your annual subscription is a set-it-and-forget-it service. It will renew automatically every year on the dot, at exactly the same price so once you lock in this discount it's yours forever. If you don't wish to renew your annual subscription we ask that you contact us before your first year is over.

What happens next?
Upon submission your account will be automatically updated to our Annual Landline Plan, and your payment method of choice will be charged $290 plus taxes for 1 year of service. When you switch to an Annual Plan you will also automatically receive a prorated refund for the remaining days on your last monthly bill.

By submitting this form you agree to a pre-payment for one full year of service. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring Annual Subscription fee. We will notify you before the renewal fee is billed. You may cancel your Annual Subscription at any time before the next billing cycle, but you will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term.
